We are also happy to take an energy audit provided by another consultancy, or work with consulting engineers and architects, and work with you to make energy efficiency a realisation so you achieve the cost savings.

Observation

Since 1995 we have come across many Energy Managers who are disillusioned because they have had an energy audit and begun the task of implementing the most cost-effective measures. Often these measures have a payback of 2 years or less. However the paybacks for additional measures become consistently longer and management becomes less and less committed to the capital expenditure as a result. For this reason it is often better to integrate a number of measures which overall meet the investment criteria, into a single energy efficiency project. The parts with very short paybacks enable other recommendations, which may have a longer payback but in fact give an overall higher dollar saving, to be implemented.
